To view your health conditions:
- Select Health conditions.
- Select Your health conditions.
- Read through the important notice about sensitive information you may see and select Continue.
This feature is not available for everyone and depends on your GP surgery.
Incorrect or missing information
If any information in your health conditions is incorrect or missing, contact your GP surgery.
